All of my dogs and my family's dogs visit Jackie for their spa days. We have been clients of Jackie ever since she started at the vet's office. We've been using The Underground for our grooming needs for three years now, and we'd never consider going to anyone else. Underground Grooming Pet Spa goes above and beyond to care for your pets. When I first started 5 years ago I had two very anxious dogs, Dixie and Taz, who are Australian Cattle dogs, they do not take to many people. She took her time to earn their trust and now she is their best friend. We recently added a 3rd catte dog Allis to the our pack. All I have to say is "we are going to see Aunt Jackie" and they all get very excited. It's now their favorite place to go. I wouldn't trust their care with anyone else.

Can I stay with my pet during the grooming process?

For the comfort of your pet, we recommend that owners drop off their pets. This helps reduce anxiety and allows our groomers to focus on providing the best care.
